Gili is a founding partner. Gili’s main focus is the commercial aspect of the firm’s operations, including complex commercial transactions and financing transactions, both in the Israeli market and the international market. Amongst his clients are companies, private funds, and investors.
Gili also has expertise in accompanying and consulting in complex real estate transactions, including representation of entrepreneurs, landowners, investors, companies, and individuals, as well as in the planning and execution of combination transactions, NOP 38 transactions, and more.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, and BA in Business Administration from the
Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
