Amit is a founding partner, Head of the Hi-Tech Department and Head of the Firm's
Commercial Department.
Amit has vast experience in consulting and ongoing legal support of start-ups, long-
standing hi-tech companies, large trading and services companies, companies in the
of investments and finance sector as well as insurance agencies, partnerships and
NGO’s.
Amit specializes in the ongoing support of companies, international transactions,
investment agreements, licensing, distribution, M&A’s and transactions. OEM
During his military service, Amit worked in the field of cyber and information
protection. he continues to support and provide expert consulting some of the
leading cyber companies in the market on a broad range of commercial issues.

Education:
LLB in Law and a BA in Business Administration from the IDC – Interdisciplinary
Center in Herzliya (Cum Laude).
