Bruno is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Department. He also provides legal consulting to private investment funds in real estate sector (both in Israel and abroad).

As part of his work, Bruno accompanies Israeli and foreign companies at all stages of their life cycle, from their foundation to ongoing consulting and guidance on a variety of issues, including drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance and regulation, M&A’s, etc.

Also, Bruno has broad experience in consulting associations and NGO’s.
