Dana is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Department and has extensive experience in the field of Companies Law and Commercial Law. Dana provides ongoing support to leading trading and service companies in many areas, including drafting various agreements, consulting on regulatory and compliance issues, etc.

In addition, Dana has unique expertise in issues relating to insurance agents and agencies, and is involved in establishing agencies, mergers and ventures in the insurance sectors, acquisition of insurance agencies by insurance companies, purchase and sale of insurance portfolios and regulation in the insurance sector.
