She provides legal consulting in commercial transactions, technology transactions, joint ventures, M&A’s and in capital raising transactions. Inbal has extensive knowledge and experience in providing professional consulting in the areas of privacy, intellectual property, licensing agreements, etc.

Inbal is a Member of the Israel-Germany Lawyers Association, which promotes dialogue between Israeli and German lawyers in order towards developing ties between the two countries.
