Ilanit is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Department. She also provides legal consulting to private investment funds in real estate sector (both in Israel and abroad).
As part of her work, Ilanit accompanies Israeli and foreign companies at all stages of their life cycle, from their foundation to ongoing consulting and guidance on a variety of issues, including drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance and regulation, M&A’s, etc.

She completed her internship at Gross Kleinhandler Hodak Halevi Greenberg & Co., and before joining our Firm, she worked in leading firms in the Commercial field.
