Lili is a partner and the Head of the Firm’s Real Estate Department.
Lili has extensive experience in accompanying developers, contractors, construction companies and private clients, in a wide range of real estate transactions, including combination transactions, urban renewal, purchasing groups, sharing agreements, rental agreements and management agreements in revenue-yielding properties as well as residential and commercial projects.
Lili has unique expertise in accompanying the establishment projects of medical centers around the country, and has represented for years one of the leading HMO’s in the country in all its transactions for the establishment of clinics and medical centers.
