Maya is a founding partner, and the Head of the Firm’s Litigation and Class Action
Department.
Maya has extensive experience in handling and representing civil-commercial
lawsuits and arbitration proceedings in a broad range of areas, including Commercial
Economic Disputes, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Shareholders
Disputes, Commercial Torts, Distribution Law, Defamation, etc.
Maya has extensive experience in representing clients in class action lawsuits, and
has conducted a large number of high profile class action proceedings at a significant
scale. Maya also has extensive expertise and experience in the field of Administrative
Law and representation in Administrative Motions, especially in Tenders Law, and

has represented in dozens of proceedings before the Administrative Courts,
providing legal support to companies in this field.
Members of the Litigation Department led by Maya, work in teams, maintain the
highest level of professionalism and efficiently, and handle complex cases of
significant financial volumes.
Maya served as a member of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association Courts Committee.

LLB in Law and BA in Business Administration from IDC – Interdisciplinary Center in
Herzliya.
Master of Business Administration (Executive Program – EMBA) Cum Laude from Bar
Ilan University.
