Mor is a Partner in the Firm’s Hi-Tech Department, has vast reputation and experience in the field of Civil-Commercial Law, with an emphasis on Corporate Law, Contracts Law, Capital Raising and Venture Capital Funds.
As part of his job, Mor provides comprehensive support to various start-up and hi-tech companies, as well as technology incubators, from the initial capital raising stages as well as in all related agreements, including Options and support of the company’s various evolution stages, through M&A agreements, etc.

Mor represents some of the leading hi-tech companies in the Israeli market, including companies in the field of cyber, technology, communications, Internet, etc.

Mor has unique expertise and vast experience in legal support of regulatory proceedings of international financial entities in Israel.
