Rafael is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Department. He has experience in providing ongoing legal consulting in a variety of real estate transactions, including urban renewal transactions, purchasing groups, consulting for developers and contractors in residential and commercial projects, etc.
Rafael has extensive knowledge in the field of real estate taxation, which enables his clients the benefit of a solution to all their needs as part of the overall real estate transaction.
Among his other pursuits, Raphael is involved in assisting associations, providing legal consulting to student associations, and practicing employment law.
