Shahar is an Associate in the Firm’s Hi-Tech Department.  As part of her work, Shahar consults start-up and technology companies on recruitment and investment transactions as well as various commercial transactions.
Furthermore, Shahar accompanies companies in their day-to-day commercial and corporate activities, with an emphasis on commercial agreements, equity incentives matters, and labor law.
