Gaby is an associate in the Firm’s High-Tech Department.

Gaby specializes in consulting for startups and technology companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

In this role, Gaby accompanies companies and provides them with ongoing legal support at various stages of development, with an emphasis on a variety of commercial agreements, capital raising, investment transactions, equity incentive structures, and employment law.

Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and B.A. in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University, graduated Summa Cum Laude.
