Tomer is an Associate in the Firm’s Hi-Tech Department. As part of his work, Tomer consults start-up and technology companies on fundraising transactions as well as various commercial transactions.
Furthermore, Tomer accompanies companies in their day-to-day commercial and corporate activities, with an emphasis on commercial agreements, equity incentives matters, and labor law.
