Yael is an associate in the firm’s High-Tech Department.

As part of her practice, Yael provides ongoing legal counsel to start-up and technology companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Her work includes advising on fundraising and investment transactions, drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, and supporting companies in their day-to-day corporate and commercial activities.
