Michal is a Partner in the Firm, with over a decade of experience in structuring and providing legal consulting to various investment funds (both in Israel and abroad). In addition, Michal accompanies some of the leading and well-known start-up companies in Israel in capital raising and M&A transactions, as well as support of in ongoing commercial transactions.
