Ilanit is an Associate in the firm’s High-Tech and Commercial Departments.
She advises Israeli and international high-tech and technology companies on ongoing legal matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, SaaS agreements, and technology collaboration arrangements, as well as issues relating to privacy, data protection, and artificial intelligence (AI).

As part of her work, Ilanit provides companies with continuous legal support throughout their life cycle, from establishment and growth to contract management, compliance, and regulatory matters, assisting develop practical legal solutions tailored to their business and technological environment.

She completed her legal internship at Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co., and prior to joining our firm, worked at leading commercial law firms.
