Nimrod is an Associate in the Firm’s Hi-Tech Department. As part of his work, he consults start-up and technology companies in various commercial transactions as well as in recruitment and investment transactions.
Furthermore, Nimrod accompanies the companies in their day-to-day commercial and corporate activities, with an emphasis on commercial agreements, equity incentives matters, and labor law.
