Aviram is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Department. He specialized in assisting some of the leading private and public companies in the market on a wide range of legal and business issues, including drafting and reviewing agreements, consulting on the company’s ongoing activities, partnership agreements, tenders, company liquidation, employment matters, etc.

In addition, Aviram has a unique specialization in all issues relating to providing legal consulting and assistance to insurance companies and agencies, as well as in financing.
