Moriah is a Partner in the Firm’s Hi-Tech Department. Moriah specializes in representing private and start-up companies while providing ongoing consulting and support in various fields, including commercial agreements, corporate matters, and labor law. Moriah provides legal services to clients from the company’s foundation up to its acquisition, emphasizing accompanying capital raising processes and financing transactions, M&As, and commercial transactions.
